Not directly, of course.  In an article about Rob Astorino,  the heading (italics in original, bolding added) is

Astorino has often defended the president on CNN and he now serves on Trump’s 2020 campaign advisory board.  Some wonder if that position prevents Astorino from saying anything negative about Trump.

Who are the ‘some’?  How many?  Is this from canvassing the public?  Very likely not.  My guess it is the writer’s belief, backed by conventional wisdom in the newsroom.

I am equally sure that Lohud never worries about Trump opponents being constrained from praising the president.
