ISIS (or ISIL) has destroyed cultural heritage.  Now protestors want to pull down various monuments in the USA.  Is this a destruction of cultural heritage?  Waiting to hear from  the AHA (American History Association).

Then I would add Thomas Jefferson Memorial on the Mall because he was a slaveowner.  Also FDR Memorial because he incarcerated thousands of Americans in concentration camps.  He also appointed a member of the KKK to the Supreme Court.

Are we serious now?

With the rise of prenatal screening tests across Europe and the United States, the number of babies born with Down syndrome has significantly decreased, but few countries have come as close to eradicating Down syndrome births as Iceland.  “Eradicating” a poor choice of words, of course; Down syndrome is not a catchable disease.  Hitler is kicking himself in Hell for not  thinking of this argument, “We don’t look at abortion as a murder. We look at it as a thing that we ended. We ended a possible life that may have had a huge complication… preventing suffering for the child and for the family.”

He was one of 24 CEOs in Trump’s American Manufacturing Council.  If this council was influential then Mr. Frazier served his shareholders poorly by resigning. If this council was not influential then resignation was overdue.  The real meaning of the resignation is virtue-signalling.

Re DPRK.  Regrettably long term problem not solved.

The apparent indifference of the Democratic Party to the N. Korean threat mystifies me.  It is easy to believe that DPRK would launch on the US if they thought they could get away with it. Likely targets would be West Coast cities like Los Angeles or San Francisco.  In general, California or maybe Washington.  RELIABLE BLUE STATES.  What is wrong with these people?

NJ.com publishes ominous headline Russian military jet flies over Trump’s Bedminster golf course.  It was “an unarmed surveillance aircraft”.  This is apparently permitted under OPen Skies treaty, also explained in article.  US does same in Russia.  So ominous headline vanishes under self-review.

Get used to it.  President Obama has facilitated Iran getting nukes.  So the threat was intensified 2009-2017.  Getting worried now?

Couple buys very exclusive street in San Francisco.  Not all details add up. 1) Purchase in 2015, but issue is now 2) Why taxes were not paid for 20+years.  But fun to read and consider the implications (ie selling on-street parking in very tony neighborhood).
