“If seven is your lucky number you’re in for a treat on Jan. 21, 2021.
Wednesday’s date is a palindrome date. What does that mean? Backwards or forwards you get the same date numerically: 12021.
This palindromic date won’t happen again for 1,000 years.”
From “https://dailyvoice.com/new-york/ramapo/lifestyle/jan-20-2021-is-date-that-wont-happen-again-for-1000-years-heres-why/801738/” which I will concede is not a high-powered journalism site, nor is it intended to be.
It is true that Wednesday, Jan 20, 2021, is a palindrome when written as 12021.
But so is the next day, 12121.
Without even thinking too hard, so is 13031, ie Jan 30, 2031 . . . which is not 1000 years from today.
