Now I know why Sears is broke

My Kenmore refrigerator stopped making ice.  It was fixed 4 weeks ago.  It has stopped making ice again.  So I call:

  1. Sears number, talk to computer
  2. Referred to human who refers me to computer
  3. Computer offers several dates, then refers to me to human
  4. Human understands issue, including 30 day warrantee.  Mostly silence for 5-7 minutes.  THEN PHONE CALL IS CUT OFF.

I guess I will try online approach next.
