My Kenmore refrigerator stopped making ice. It was fixed 4 weeks ago. It has stopped making ice again. So I call:
- Sears number, talk to computer
- Referred to human who refers me to computer
- Computer offers several dates, then refers to me to human
- Human understands issue, including 30 day warrantee. Mostly silence for 5-7 minutes. THEN PHONE CALL IS CUT OFF.
I guess I will try online approach next.
